Gene Anderson Scholarship Application  (PDF format)

This scholarship will only be granted to undergraduate full time students who are relatives of current North Dakota District Sertoma members who are in good standing with a Sertoma Club, Collegiate Sertoma member, or a Serteen Club member. High School Seniors are eligible, but will not receive the scholarship until proof of enrollment is made to the committee prior to next term.
